SUPERVISIÓN

Garantizamos una cobertura semanal al 100% de los puestos instalados, con un equipo de supervisores que trabajan las veinticuatro (24) horas y emplean los siguientes recursos:

Parque automotor, constituido por vehículos y motos para cubrir las rutas de supervisión en los puestos de trabajo.
Logística permanente y conjunta con central de comunicaciones.
Jefe Operativo, dispuesto para responder a las necesidades del servicio.

SERVICIO DE VIGILANCIA

Prestado por guardas debidamente uniformados, carnetizados y con medios de comunicación. El servicio incluye sábados, domingos y festivos en la modalidad de vigilancia fija con asignación de arma de fuego, si el cliente lo requiere.

SERVICIO DE 24 HORAS

El Servicio es prestado por 3 guardas (terna) que cubren una jornada diaria de 24 horas, alternados durante los 7 días de la semana así: Un guarda trabaja dos turnos de día, dos turnos de noche y descansa dos días seguidos.

SERVICIO DE 12 HORAS DIURNO O NOCTURNO

El Servicio es prestado cubriendo una jornada diaria de 12 horas, durante los 7 días de la semana.

Para la prestación de los servicios de Vigilancia y seguridad. En cada puesto se asigna un radio portátil con frecuencia privada, con acceso directo a la central de la sede y contacto permanente con la Red de Apoyo de la Policía Nacional, a fin de informar las novedades que se presenten en los sitios de trabajo, cuyo objetivo es disminuir las amenazas contra la vida y bienes que están bajo la responsabilidad de la vigilancia privada

Sistema de marcación para control de rondas. Equipo portado por el guarda rondero para marcar en determinados sitios donde se instala un chip. Los puntos serán aquellos considerados por el cliente como vulnerables. De esta manera se garantiza la confiabilidad en la prestación del servicio del guarda. La información es descargada a un software especializado, registrando la fecha y hora de cada marcación.
